To have a means through which to take an objective sensory response against the process of tasting yeast extracts.

This project allowed to carry out a research process for the development of a prototype of a multimodal system based on soft computing, through which it was possible to integrate various sensors to measure the components of a given food, thus achieving a sensory classification of the food corresponding to the tasting panels.
